Lyle Walters, the owner and primary operator of AGPC, a resident of Lake Havasu City since 1992,  takes pride in his community. His motivation for establishing an earth-friendly pest control business was due to his knowledge of the chemicals his own family was being exposed to every time he treated his own home. In a sense, his family is his inspiration for the establishment of All Green Pest Control .

Happily married and a father of three, his concern grew, not only those he was responsible for, but for the community as well. He decided to take it upon himself to do some research about safer pest control techniques. Through this research, Lyle learned of products and techniques that are on the market that will hinder exposure. Exposure to dangerous and toxic chemicals other pest control companies utilize. In doing so, he has protected those he loves and, in the future, those he cares for, namely the citizens in the Lake Havasu City area.

As Lyle puts it, "Preservation of our surrounding environment is important because this is not our land...we are but merely borrowing it from our children."
